If you will remember back to 2 weeks ago, I was working feverishly to get the Office/Guest Room done in time for Dad-In-Law's visit. "Done" is a bit of a misnomer, really.... habitable would be a better word. I managed to get it to that point, but not much more.
Concurrently, Sian was working on the kitchen. She finished the painting in there, and put down the temporary vinyl tile floor (entirely by herself...I'm all proud and stuff). There were also assorted tasks to accomplish in the other rooms of the house, which were primarily handled by Sian as well.
Anyhoo, D-I-L is still here (for a month) and we're off to Billie Creek Village soon (historic town recreation thing), so I'll post the pictures (no captions...) and go.

It's a new model from Westinghouse. I bought it at Menard's for something like $70. I can't find it on the Westinghouse web site, though.

That's a really nice ceiling fan, did you just find that at Home Depot or did you have to order it? My wife and I are looking for something nice and clean like that for our new bedroom.
