March 21, 2006
As you might have guessed, there isn't much work going on in the house right now. We're down to 12 days before my sweetie comes over from England, so I've been engaged in removing 4 years of construction debris, dust, plaster bits, etc. You know how us bachelors are.... We have no problem walking around a table saw for 2 years. I reckon I shouldn't subject Sian to that. Not at first, at least. LOL
So, just so you don't forget this site is still here, I'm posting some pictures that were taken today. Yes, we are having a freak snowstorm in March.
Enjoy!
An early-morning shot....around 5:30am, I think.
Here's the same view at 8:00am.
Can you tell the wind is blowing a little bit?
Off to the store I go for my Diet Dew fix. Oh, and gas for the truck, too.
My Yule tree from 3 years ago. I refuse to kill a tree for such a silly purpose.
Poor daffodils. I TOLD them not to bloom yet....
Barely got this one, as you can tell. As I turned onto that road (US Hwy 231), I did a beautiful 360 and drove over the curb into Bumgardner's (auto repair) parking lot. I just kept driving, back out onto the highway, as if I had meant to stop there, then suddenly remembered that I had forgotten my towel and needed to dash back home for a bit.
Just some snow for you to look at.
There's me house. :p
It's cold, and the snow is blowing into Chunky's cat house, so I let him in for a while.
